Blank Space is led by Camilla and Alfie, formerly both directors at Eat Work Art who have gone on to develop and manage various creative sites and communities.

We are a multidisciplinary team of consultants, working across brand strategy, construction project management and operational excellence. We work with a range of clients from the vision and ideas stages throughout the total lifecycle of the projects delivery. 

Partnering with landowners and building operators we consult on development projects and under-performing commercial properties to provide a range of services to reduce expenditure and maximise revenue of built assets from masterplan to operational site. 

Having spent the past 15 years developing and operating creative spaces across London and the South West, we have extensive specialist  knowledge from construction project management, to brand identity, supporting planning applications to operating sites day to day.
