Blank Space undertook a full rebrand for the client. Then set out how the site would be configured. This was followed by a marketing strategy for the site including financial modelling to help facilitate investment.

We managed the whole 18 month construction phase and are currently helping with the letting and management of the site which already has a community of creatives since launch at the start of 2025.
