Ladywell Works

A vast depository building located between Lewisham high street and the village of Ladywell.

Blank Space has undertaken a full rebrand for the client and set out the layout for the studios and marketing strategy for the site including financial modelling to help facilitate investment. Construction started summer 2023 and will be managed and will be managed by Blank Space with a view to launch the site the following Spring.
